1 Eligibility & Account Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account on the kuc9 platform. kuc9 reserves the right to close any account that does not comply with these conditions.

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will not be refunded.
• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts and balances being forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false details will result in account termination.
• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials completely confidential.
• Kuc9 may request a national ID or other documents for identity verification when required.

2 Account Usage Rules

All members must follow certain basic rules when using the kuc9 platform. These rules are in place to ensure a safe and fair gaming environment for everyone.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or rented to any third party.
• Hacking any platform software or exploiting vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Gaming Rules & Results

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, kuc9 will make every effort to resolve it promptly. However, kuc9 is not fully liable for any losses resulting from technical faults.

• Kuc9's decision on game results shall be considered final.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network disconnection, the system automatically records the session.
• Kuc9 reserves the right to void any unusual winnings obtained by exploiting bugs or errors in any game.

• Issues caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Issues caused by the user's own device or software.

10 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between kuc9 and a member will first be addressed through direct communication. Please contact our support team and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the event of a dispute, kuc9's recorded transaction data and game logs shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.
